Image and Video Release

I hereby grant StrategyCorps permission to use my photographs or videos in any and all of its publications and digital platforms, including but not limited to all of StrategyCorps’s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph or video using my likeness will become the property of StrategyCorps and will not be returned. I acknowledge that my participation with StrategyCorps is voluntary and that I will receive no financial compensation for any materials provided or used. I hereby irrevocably authorize StrategyCorps to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute photos or video for purposes of marketing StrategyCorps’ programs, products, and services or for any other related, lawful purpose.

In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or digital copy for StrategyCorps, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive my right to royalties or any other compensation arising or related to StrategyCorps’ use of these photographs or videos. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge StrategyCorps from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
