SVP Client Relationship Management
James leads and manages the east coast-based Client Relationship team, providing them and his clients with insights and knowledge on the best practices related to retail and SMB checking strategies. His management mission is to deliver value for clients and their customers/members. He’s also deeply passionate about crafting and implementing strategies that empower financial institutions to better serve and support their communities.
James earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of NY, Institute of Technology and Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University.
Outside of work, James enjoys quality time with his wife and two girls, the challenge and relaxation of golfing, and exploring and expanding his taste for eccentric foods at local restaurants. These interests reflect his appreciation for both meaningful connections and unique experiences.
