Phil has over 25 years of experience in the financial and business services industries with 21 years at Brinker Capital and most recently as an operating partner for several private equity firms and an advisor with multi-family and single-family offices. In those roles, he significantly contributed to the areas of financial operations, profit performance, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvements.
He has also been and continues to be a Member of Advisory Board positions for several industry-leading private equity and investment firms.
Phil is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, has a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance from Villanova, and is a licensed Series 27 Financial Operations Principal and Series 7 General Securities Principal.
