StrategyCorps Receives Multiple Awards, Including “Special Event,” at United Way of Williamson County’s Annual Awards Event

NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–StrategyCorps, a leading provider of innovative online and mobile-based consumer checking solutions has been recognized by the United Way of Williamson County for their work on behalf of the nonprofit. The company received the “Special Event Award” and multiple other awards for their 2016 campaign at the United Way of Williamson County’s annual awards event, which took place earlier this month.

StrategyCorps’ campaign to raise money for United Way spanned an entire week and consisted of multiple events, including a Walk on the Wild Side Day, restaurant fundraising nights and an employee picnic, and culminated with a Carnival O’ Cares main event. During the Carnival O’ Cares event, the company invited the community to join them at their Maryland Farms location to enjoy food trucks, raffles, games, music and other attractions, with all proceeds going directly to the United Way.

The company was again recognized as one of the Top 25 Corporate Partners in terms of amount of money raised and received the Best Campaign Award for this year’s fundraising week of events, a Participation Award for over 90% of their staff contributing to the campaign and a Circle of Caring Award recognizing their outstanding employee giving and overall involvement with the United Way of Williamson County.
